In fact, Downey Jr. actually spent a year in prison after missing court-ordered drug tests in 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But after he hit rock-bottom in the early 2000s, Downy Jr. finally committed to his sobriety. He participated in the 12-step program, adopted the habits of yoga and meditation, and has been sober over since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
